Cancellation & Refund Policy

TravelQuota follows a well-defined cancellation and refund policy. In case of any unforeseen incidents, we provide our customers an option to cancel their flight tickets. We offer to cancel the tickets without charging any cancellation fees if it is done within 24 hours of booking. However, if the customer decides to cancel a ticket 24 hours after the time of booking, a nominal cancellation fee will be charged.

Porter Airlines and Air Transat passengers must cancel their tickets on the same day of purchase (till 11:59 PM) to get a full refund. All tickets cancelled post-midnight will incur a nominal cancellation fee.

Execution of any cancellation or refund request will be carried out only after receiving a confirmation from the respective customer. Also, customers will be notified about all the developments that take place regarding the cancellation or refund request via mail.

Cancellation Rules for LCCs

TravelQuota does not include Low Cost Carriers (LCCs) under its Cancellation & Refund Policy. It means that the tickets booked for an LCC are non-refundable even when the customer cancels it within 4 hours of booking. This holds true for all the LCCs listed on our portal, irrespective of the refund policy governed by the airline.
